This is a non-fatal accident involving a bike and a truck on the Chevella Shabad Road in India
Trucks usually have a larger radius of turning when making a U turn. This trucker does that, but does not indicate. Could the biker have predicted the turn and slowed down in time? Was the placement of the gap in the median to allow a U turn unsafe?
