The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Wednesday filed a criminal case against actor Rhea Chakraborty and three of her acquaintances under several sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, claiming proof about the consumption of banned substances. ED has cloned 2 mobile phones of Rhea. In the investigation of digital data of these two phones, many WhatsApp chats have surfaced, through which, it has revealed that Rhea Chakraborty acquired and used narcotics substances illegally since 2017.
