Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is an upcoming first-person shooter video game developed by Treyarch and Raven Software and published by Activision. It is the sixth installment of the Black Ops series, and the seventeenth installment in the overall Call of Duty series. Serving as the direct sequel to Call of Duty: Black Ops, Black Ops Cold War is planned for release on November 13, 2020.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is set during the Cold War in the early 1980s, inspired by actual events. The campaign will come face-to-face with historical figures and hard truths, as they battle around the globe through iconic locales like East Berlin, Vietnam, Turkey, Soviet KGB headquarters and more.

Black Ops Cold War brings a Cold War arsenal of weapons and equipment into the next generation of Multiplayer. The worldwide reveal of Black Ops Cold War multiplayer is on September 9, 2020.
