Violence is increasing at Gauteng schools
  • 4 years ago
Violence at Gauteng schools is increasing. UNISA's Bureau of Market Research also found that more than half of all pupils who canvassed personally experienced violence at schools in the 12 months preceding the survey. It was the same for just under half of the teachers. Violent incidents include physical fights, bullying, verbal aggression, theft and harassment. Senior Researcher Dr Antoinette Basson speaks about this.
