Defense Specialist Major General (R) GD Bakshi said that Pakistan's ISI is trying hard to get a rebellion in India. The Indian Mujahideen tricked similar people in India and got them to do many blasts in India. We have to understand that after such provocative speech, the situation in the country worsens. The audacious Pakistan had shown the same in Uri, to which we responded by air strike.
