Chinese doctor removes 18-centimetre-long pencil from boy's stomach

A doctor removed an 18-centimetre-long pencil from a 7-year-old boy's stomach after he swallowed it in China.

The video, filmed in the city of Zhengzhou in Henan Province on August 23, shows doctors using tools to take a long pencil out of the boy's stomach during surgery.

After around four minutes, the pencil was removed successfully.

According to reports, the boy swallowed the pencil by mistake when he was playing with it.
