Businessman arrested for failing to deliver on R6m tender

A businessman is set to appear in court after being arrested for failing to deliver on a R6 million computer tender. It is alleged the man paid a bribe to win the tender but then failed to produce the computers. He has been charged with fraud, theft and contravention of the organised crime act.
