HPCSA saddened by healthcare workers deaths

The Health Professions Council of South Africa says it is saddened by the growing number of deaths of healthcare workers due to COVID-19. So far over 27,000 healthcare workers from both the public and private sectors have contracted the virus. 240 of these have unfortunately succumbed to the virus.
