Guy Drives Boat Shaped Car on Road

This guy was driving his boat-shaped car on the road. Apart from its shape, the fact that its tires where covered under its body and were hardly visible made it look like water transportation. Hence, the unique automobile looked like it was sailing in the water when it was gliding on the road.
