A crime-fighting Mexican agent is gunned down in his car outside his home by two heavily-armed hitmen. The assassination took place in the city of Torreon in the northern border state of Coahuila in Mexico on 19th August. The victim was identified as Coahuila Criminal Investigation Agency agent Eduardo Genaro Betancourt Garcia, 33. The video shows the moment two gunmen jump out of a green hatchback after pulling up alongside Betancourt Garcia’s vehicle. The hitmen open fire and one of them disappears off-camera after shots are apparently returned from the victim.
