Congress leader Shashi Tharoor is now unfazed by all the controversy surrounding the Facebook hate speech row. Tharoor, who also heads the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Information Technology, has now called for a panel meeting on September 2 to discuss the steps to safeguard the citizen's rights from the misuse of social media sites.
