Person responsible for data breach of 24 million found

Credit bureau Experian has suffered a data breach that is exposed at least 24 million South Africans to possible fraud. That is according to the South African Banking Risk Centre. Experian is saying that their investigations indicate that an individual in South Africa, purported to represent a legitimate client, and fraudulently requested services from Experian.
