Stick to the curfew or you will be arrested

Stick to the COVID-19 lockdown curfew, or else, Police Minister Bheki Cele will be waiting. That is the message from Tourism Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane. She says even though restaurants and bars are now operating under level 2, it will only be until 10pm.
