Info from Licensor: "My friends and I were out fishing buoy 10 in the mouth if the Columbia river, when we saw the whale in the distance. I got my phone out to take pictures while we were getting ready to turn around, and the whale came up right underneath of us. His mouth came up about a foot in front of my face. Then we saw his tale, and then his fin on each side of the boat."
