Three foreign laborers were injured after a car park under construction at the Gombak Integrated Transport Terminal collapsed early Thursday morning.
Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department director Nordin Pauzi said one of the victims, a Bangladeshi, had to have part of his hand amputated in order to extricate him from the rubble.
