Newly elected Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) president Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim says he has a simple philosophy for FAM exco, staff and affiliates which is adapt to his ways or be left behind. He spoke on both his immediate and long term plans for FAM, which he hopes to achieve.
