Goldman Sachs-1MDB case transferred to High Court

The US$6.5 bil 1Malaysia Development Berhad bonds case against Goldman Sachs and its Asian entities has been transferred from the Kuala Lumpur Magistrate’s Court to the High Court.
High Court Judge Mohamed Zaini Mazlan on Monday allowed the application following no objection raised by Goldman Sachs' counsel Hisyam Teh Poh Teik.
