Youth and Sports Minister Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman has tweeted that Malaysia would not remain silent and would be sending a protest note to the Philippines after silat athlete Mohd Faizul Mohd Nasir was kicked in the face by Filipino exponent Dines Dumaan in the second round of the Putra B class on Tuesday.
