Previous ECRL negotiations not transparent, says Dr Mahathir

The talks to build the East Coast Rail Line (ECRL) by the Barisan Nasional government have been done in a non-transparent manner without any detailed study on it, Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said.
Dr Mahathir told that at a press conference with Malaysian journalists at the end of his five-day visit to China on Sunday.
