Hanipa: Prosecution can recall Equanimity documents if needed as evidence in Najib’s trial

During an interval in the parliamentary session on Wednesday, Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Mohamed Hanipa Maidin said that if the Equanimity superyacht becomes an evidence in Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s trial, prosecutors will have the option to recall the sold yacht or produce documentary evidence in the court.
