MCA to launch its first election manifesto

MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai announced that the party would introduce its own election manifesto on Sunday, to complement Barisan Nasional's pledges.
Liow said the manifesto will outline MCA’s plan for the next five years under “10 promises and 10 initiatives”.
