Pakatan Harapan chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad apologised to the Indian community for using the derogatory word “keling”, saying he never meant to insult anyone. Dr Mahathir was responding to MIC treasurer-general Datuk Seri S. Vell Paari’s complaints that he was racist for using the word.
