GOP to repeal 'Obamacare"

U.S. House Republicans on Friday won passage to start the dismantling of Obamacare, despite concerns of not having a ready replacement and potential financial cost of repealing Democratic President Barack Obama's health insurance law. Obamacare was introduced 7 years earlier in an effort to expand coverage and give new protections to people with pre-existing medical conditions that left them without insurance.
