Pakatan claims to have won Putrajaya, says Tun M

Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has claimed that the Election Commission is not releasing the results of the election. The Pakatan Harapan chairman claimed that the EC officials are refusing to sign Form 14 which is required for the release of the results.
