Ahmad Ehwan Ahmad, an assistant officer with the Johor Baru Land District Office, has been charged at the Sessions court in Johor Baru with allegedly accepting RM150,000 in bribes. He pleaded not guilty for the charge under Section 165 of the Penal Code for accepting money or gifts in carrying out his duty as a civil servant.
