BWF: Wild card given to Chen Long is a special circumstance

After the draw for the 2017 World Championships on Wednesday, Badminton World Federation secretary-general Thomas Lund told reporters that the wild card given by the federation to Chen Long of China is a special circumstance as he is a player who has achieved a lot in the sport. Chen Long did not qualify for the world championships on merit.
