While helping the coalition candidate to campaign in Sungai Kandis, Selangor last Saturday, former Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman and ex-premier Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak reiterated his innocence over the recent charges and persecution against him, claiming that he had been "punished in the court of public opinion even before any proof are submitted."

Najib also called the Pakatan Harapan government hypocrites, and urged the Sg Kandis voters to judge for themselves the quality of the Pakatan Harapan ministers.
