A campaign on escalator safety has been launched to raise awareness especially among parents or guardians with small children to be extra careful when using the escalator. The Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia, Lif Association, Eskalator Malaysia, Sunway Putra Mall and Parenthood Venture Sdn Bhd jointly kicked off the campaign on Tuesday.
