Perak seeks to deny bail to all repeat drug offenders

Perak Narcotics Criminal Investigations Department had submitted a provision to the prosecution unit, to deny bail to all repeat drug offenders, when charged in court, making it the first state to do so if the request is granted, said department chief Asst Comm R. Ravi Chandran.
