Azalina: Perpetrators should pay for victims' recovery

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said on Saturday said that sexual offenders should pay for the recovery of the victims who would suffer physical trauma. She hopes to make a proposal for amendments to either the Evidence of Child Witness Act or the Sexual Offences Against Children Bill 2017 in the next Parliamentary sitting.
