A mortar-like object found in a water meter room at the Customs Department living complex on Friday, prompted police to dispatch a bomb squad to assess the situation. District OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zani Che Din said investigations are ongoing, adding that authorities have yet to determine if the object is real or fake.
