Ampang PKR Youth chief charged with giving false statements, forged docs to authorities

Ampang PKR Youth chief Datuk Adam Rosly claimed trial to six charges in relation to giving false statements and forged documents to MACC officers in the course of their investigations. Charged under Anti Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Act, the 29-year-old businessman faces five years in jail, or a RM3 million fine, or both, for each offence, if convicted.
