The City of Tshwane is in a state of chaos and on the verge of collapsing. That is according to the Democratic Alliance. The party unpacked the extent and implications of the collapse of service delivery and governance in the capital. This, four months after the city was placed under administration. The DA says it will be approaching the Supreme Court of Appeal on Monday. DA mayoral candidate, Randall Williams and the Tshwane city administrator, Mpho Nawa spoke on this.
