Hong Kong media mogul and opposition activist Jimmy Lai arrested under national security law

Hong Kong police force on August 10, 2020, arrested publisher Jimmy Lai and at least six other people. The Apple Daily founder and opposition activist, was arrested for suspected collusion with a foreign country under the national security law the Chinese central government recently enacted in the city.
