How To Make Golgappe Ka Paani - POPxo Yummy

Golgappa or Puri Puri as it is called is a popular street food of India that is a combination of 3 main ingredients i.e puri or golgappe, Golgappe ka pani and the stuffing inside the puri. The food item is loved by people across all age groups and we at POPxo also know that this is one snack that you'll all been desperately craving for in this lockdown. Sadly, while one can easily get the store bought Golgappa, the key to a great Golgappa is the Golgappe ka pani.

And, in today's episode of POPxo Yummy, we're sharing with you the recipe to make Golgappe ka Pani at home, so you can enjoy your favorite Golgappas right away!

Step 1) Add 1/2 cup coriander leaves and mint leaves in the mixer jar
Step 2) Add 2-3 green chillies, 1 tbps ginger, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp sugar.
Step 3) Add 1 teaspoon chaat masala, black salt, a few drops of water and salt to taste and grind to a puree.
Step 4) Pour the mixture in a bowl and add 4 cups of water.
Step 5) Add salt, ice cubes, boondi and mix well.
Step 6) Enjoy with panipuri.
