Tobacco ban court battle continues

The battle to lift the ban on the sale of tobacco products continues at the Western Cape High Court today. Government insists the ban is in place to curb the spread of COVID-19. But British American Tobacco claims the ban is unjustifiable and unconstitutional. Government is expected to continue with its arguments today.
