The Local Gusii Water And Sewerage Company Have Been Called Upon To Use Modern Meters And Improve Surveillance In A Bid To Curb The Water Shortage Problem In Kisii County. The County Governor James Ongwae Criticized The Use Of Dilapidated Water Networks By The Company Noting That It Needs To Be Replaced For Efficiency In Service Delivery.
