साहित्य:-
२ वाटी राजगिरा पीठ (2 Bowl Rajgira Flour)
चवीनुसार मीठ (Salt as per taste)
२ मोठे चमचे साजूक तूप(2 TBS Ghee)
३ हिरव्या मिरच्या(3 Green Chilli)
¼ वाटी भाजलेले शेगदाणे (¼ Bowl Roasted Peanuts)
२ उकडलेले बटाटे किस(2 Boiled Crushed Potatoes )
१ चमचा जीर (1 Spoon Cumin Seeds)
गरजेनुसार पाणी (Water as required)

Method:-
Grind Green Chilies, Peanuts and Cumin Seeds
Make a coarse paste of it without adding water.
Add Rajgira Flour In a bowl
Then Add Boiled Potatoes,
Grind Paste,
Salt as per taste,
Now Add Ghee,
And Mix all well with clean hands.
Add water gradually and make a dough
Grease ghee on a dough and keep a side for 10 min.
After 10 min, grease hand with ghee and again knead a dough
Make a Small Ball for Thalipith
Keep a pan on low flame
Keep Plastic Sheet on Chapati Board and spread Ghee on it
Keep Small ball of dough on sheet and press gently.
Spread ghee on hot pan and place Thalipith to roast.
After 2 min, spread ghee on above and turn to roast.

It roast properly, transfer into a serving dish.
