Irritated Cat Stares and Attempts to Attack Owner

Hops, the cat, had returned from her visit to the vet and was irritated. She wasn't happy about wearing a cone around her neck and got instigated by her owner for trying to record her. She stared at them for a while and finally tried to attack them.
