Contempt case: SC said to Prashant Bhushan, fine difference in freedom of expression and contempt. The Supreme Court has completed the hearing in the contempt case filed against senior advocate Prashant Bhushan in 2009. A three-judge bench heard arguments through video conferencing through WhatsApp video calls one by one from senior lawyers Rajeev Dhawan, Kapil Sibal and Harish Salve.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीनीयर वकील प्रशांत भूषण के खिलाफ 2009 में दर्ज अवमानना केस में सुनवाई पूरी कर ली है। तीन जजों की बेंच ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए सुनवाई करते हुए वरिष्ठ वकीलों राजीव धवन, कपिल सिब्बल और हरिश साल्वे से एक-एक करके वॉट्सऐप वीडियो कॉल के जरिए दलीलें सुनीं।
