मशरक प्रखंड के पश्चिमी पंचायत में बाढ से परेशान लोगों ने मुखिया को बंधक बना लिया..इस दौरान लोग घंटों वहां हंगामा करते रहे और सरकार के खिलाफ भी नारेबाजी की..लोगों ने बताया कि वो लोग बाढ़ में घिरे हुए हैं..लेकिन शासन प्रशासन की ओर से मदद नहीं मिल पा रही है..इसलिए उन्होंने मुखिया को बंधक बना लिया..
