016. Bhindi ki Sabzi Recipe

Lightly spicy & semi-dried ladyfinger is an Indian Punjabi vegan food. Masala Okra is made with okra, tomatoes & onions.

Ingredients:
Salt
Onion 3
Tomato 3
Oil 1 cup
Lemon 1/2 pcs
Green chili 6-7
Garam-masala 1 pinch
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Ladyfinger (Okra/Bhindi) 1/2 kg

Recipe:

Heat oil in a pan, fry ladyfinger n lemon for 5-7 mins, fry till no sliminess is left.
Add tomatoes, onions, red chili powder & cook on a low flame with covered lid for 15 minutes.
Finally, add green chilies and garam masala and steam cook, cover the lid (dum) for 5 mins, then serve.
