Maharashtra govt extends lockdown till 31st August

Maharashtra government has extended lockdown till August 31 to curb the spread of novel coronavirus. The decision comes on the day Maharashtra registered 7,717 new cases of Covid-19, taking the state tally to almost 4 lakh. However, as part of Mission Begin Again, the state government has allowed shopping malls and market complexes to reopen from August 5. For more news updates, keep watching Mumbai Metro.
