SA police seize weapons and ISIS training manuals

Police have seized numerous weapons, ISIS training manuals and the ISIS Back Standard during a raid linked to a kidnapping. According to reports, the suspects kidnap businessmen for ransom demanding to be paid in Bitcoin, in order to fund Islamic extremist operations in Africa. Our reporter Barry Bateman spoke to terrorism experts on the threat ISIS poses in Africa.
