No Yeast ,No Oven Domino's style Veg Zingy Parcel Paneer Parcel Recipe | डोमिनोज स्टाइल जिंगी पार्सल
Domino's style-no yeast- zingy parcel/ घर पर ही बनाए - बिना ईस्ट के / डोमिनोज स्टाइल जिंगी पार्सल
Ingredients :
For dough- आटा के लिए
1 cup all purpose flour/ मैदा
1/4 cup curd /दही
1 tsp- baking Soda/ खाने वाला सोडा
1 tsp - baking powder/
2 tbsp- oil / तेल
Water as per taste/ पानी
1 tbsp- sugar/ चीनी
1 tsp salt/ नमक
For filling /भरने की सामग्री
200gm - diced paneer /कटा हुआ पनीर
1 cup chopped onions/ कटी हुई प्याज
1 cup tomato puree /टमाटर की प्यूरी
Ginger garlic paste /अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
Green chilly paste /हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट
1/2 cup diced chessee /कटा हुआ चीज
Pizza seasonings
Chilly flakes
2 tbsp- tomato sauce
1 tbsp red chilly sauce
1 tbsp veg mayo
2 tbso amul fresh cream
Pinch of turmeric /हल्दी
1/2 tsp garam masala /गरम मसाला
1 tsp red chilly powder /लाल मिर्ची पाउडर
1 tsp coriander powder /धनिया पाउडर
Salt to taste/ नमक
In one cup of maida 6 - 7 zingy parcel can be made.It depends on how much quantity of dough we are taking.
