The Western Cape could be facing a humanitarian disaster. A recent report sent to the provincial government by the Economic Development Partnership says the hunger crisis there is worsening.  It says there's a lack of emergency food aid to communities affected by unemployement. eNCA's Ronald Masinda visited some of the hardest-hit areas on the Cape Flats for this report.
