Scientists say the Earth has been vibrating less as noise generated by human activity dropped by about 50 per cent during Covid-19 pandemic lockdowns between March and May 2020. The study carried out by Imperial College London and the Royal Observatory of Belgium was published in the journal Science on July 23, 2020.
