Sabudana vada is a very popular snack made from sabudana, that is sago seeds. Sabudana is very light on the stomach, easy to digest, full of fibers, and minerals! The vada can be eaten with chutney, tea/coffee or just by itself. Sabudana vada is a favorite among people who observe religious fasting in India, all due to it being full of fiber and easy to digest. Cooking sabudana can be a little tricky, but no worries! I have shared in the video, all tips and tricks to make a perfect sabudana vada. The problems often faced by people is that the vada tends to disintegrate in the oil while frying, or oil seeps into it, making it very oily.
