The Election Commission, which claims to have conducted a clean and fair election in the country, is now surrounded by important questions and serious allegations of bias and data leaks. Questions have arisen over the assignment of work to a company attached. It is alleged that during the Maharashtra Assembly elections, the responsibility of overseeing the social media platforms of the Commission was given to the BJP leader and IT cell.
