Sachin Pilot faction has got relief from the High Court of Rajasthan. The notice given by the assembly speaker has just been stayed, that is, the assembly speaker will not be able to disqualify the MLAs. However, there will still be a hearing in the High Court on other matters. That is, it is not the last decision. The law of this case will be discussed in further hearings. But shortly before this decision, a bet was made by the Pilot camp which proved beneficial for Sachin Pilot and his camp.

सचिन पायलट गुट को राजस्थान की हाईकोर्ट से राहत मिली है. विधानसभा स्पीकर की ओर से दिए गए नोटिस पर अभी स्टे लगा दिया गया है, यानी विधानसभा स्पीकर विधायकों को अयोग्य करार नहीं दे पाएंगे. हालांकि अन्य मामलों को लेकर अभी भी हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई रहेगी. यानी ये आखिरी फैसला नहीं है. आगे की सुनवाई में इस मामले के कानून पर चर्चा की जाएगी. लेकिन इस फैसले से थोड़ी देर पहले पाय़लट खेमे की तरफ से एक दांव चला गय़ा जो सचिन पाय़लट और उनके कैंप के लिए फायदेमंद साबित हुआ.
